Aahuti is an active figure in the UK/Europe health innovation sector, specialising in leveraging technology to transform healthcare services. Her expertise spans strategy, commercialisation, clinical adoption, and patient engagement. With over two decades of experience, Aahuti has led innovation strategies and large-scale changes across 14 industries through her business, Four Points. A theme throughout her work has been technology-enabled transformation. In, 2018 she transitioned to focus exclusively on Healthcare. Currently, Aahuti holds several key positions, including Chair/NED for 8fold Governance, Venture Partner with Conduit Connect Impact Fund and Advisor/Mentor for various VC Funds and early-stage ventures in the Health Innovation sector. Demonstrating her commitment to mental health, Aahuti also founded the Mental Health Innovation Network, a non-profit initiative to convene mental health stakeholders for the purposes of collaboration.

Aline Noizet is a connector at heart! Passionate about innovationand new technologies applied to health, she is very people-centricand has a natural talent for connecting people and buildingecosystems around digital health. Aline has a strong internationalnetwork and a solid experience working with startups, helpingthem grow and connect with corporate companies, hospitals andinvestors. Today, Aline is fully dedicated to Digital HealthConnector, her company, supporting and connecting the differentactors of the digital health ecosystem and is part of nina capitalteam, a pan European venture capital firm investing in healthtech.Previously, amongst her various experiences, Aline was VenturePortfolio Manager for EIT Health, program manager of the BayerG4A Accelerator (Grants4Apps) in Barcelona, USA and Berlin,Business Development Director Europe for Health 2.0, a companypresenting the latest innovations in healthcare and was also apartner of eHealth Hub, an EU project supporting digital healthSMEs. Aline is co-founder of Digital Health Innovators Barcelona,a local community that brings together players in the digitalhealth ecosystem and has been collaborating with institutionssuch as Frontiers Health, SXSW, Barcelona Health Hub and VisionHealth Pioneers.

Dr. Dr. Andre Heeg, MD, DDS, is Managing Director and Partner at BCG X, where he leads global healthcare innovation. A former surgeon turned digital health leader, he has scaled patient access at Zocdoc, spearheaded digital transformation at Sandoz, and now partners with top healthcare players to build the future of care. A McKinsey alum and angel investor, Andre brings deep expertise at the intersection of medicine, technology, and strategy, with a passion for making health systems smarter, scalable, and more human.

Christian Hein is an executive advisor in HealthTech and AI, and former VP of Digital Transformation and Innovation Execution at Novartis. He scaled patient-facing AI to 400,000 users and equipped 5,000+ commercial team members with AI tools across the US, Europe, and China. Christian serves on the Management Board of SNOMED International, advises Quant Health and other venture backed AI startups on product and go-to-market, works with large corporations to implement a GenAI strategy and is a Health Tech Venture Partner at Vorwerk Ventures.

Farina Schurzfeld is a serial entrepreneur and pioneer in digital mental health. She co-founded Selfapy, Germany’s leading digital therapy platform, and founded the Spitzenverband Digitale Gesundheitsversorgung (SVDGV), representing all digital health players nationwide. She also launched the Health.tech conference and mentors in programs like Grace and Founder Institute. Previously, she helped launch Groupon in Australia and scaled Airtasker from Sydney to New York. Today, Farina leads AndRobin – the only growth partner combining strategic vision with hands-on execution, working side-by-side with leaders across sectors to drive sustainable, impact-focused growth. She’s been named to Forbes 30 under 30 and “25 Women Making the World More Sustainable.

Dr. Jochen Hurlebaus, MBA. Founder & President Aluna Healthcare Consulting GmbH. Co—Founder & CSO HealthSeed Venture Studio. For 25 years, Jochen led transformative healthcare innovation in Diagnostics, Pharma, and Clinical Practice, leveraging digital and AI to drive impact. During his 23-year career at Roche, he played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s innovation strategy and founded Startup Creasphere, accelerating nearly 100 global startups and fostering groundbreaking solutions. Today, as the founder and president of Aluna Healthcare Consulting, co-founder of the HealthSeed Venture Studio, and member of SkyMedAI, Jochen applies his deep expertise and extensive global network to advise startups, senior leaders, and investors, guiding them in scaling healthcare innovation into global markets and clinical use.

Marc Cikes is a healthcare investment professional and board director with a medical background. He has a broad experience as an entrepreneur and senior executive with major healthcare companies. Marc has worked in M&A transactions (buy & sell-side) as well as in the startup space. He is currently Managing Director of the Debiopharm Innovation Fund and sits on the board of two companies.

Steven (Steve) Bourke, MSc, MPhil. I am a dynamic advocate and entrepreneur in digital health, leading PersonalPulse GmbH to transform patients from passive participants into equal partners in health innovation through mutual value generation. With over 20 years of experience, I guide strategic, value-based co-creation across healthcare ecosystems—co-founding initiatives like RheumaCura, chairing patient advisory groups (e.g., IMI Pharmaledger), serving as an academic peer review author, lecturing at universities, and supporting Global, Swiss, and EU-level digital health programs. I am a passionate speaker and advisor on topics including patient- inclusion innovation, digital biomarkers, HTA, and inclusive clinical trials.

Ursula is Director of Innovation & Investment at DayOne, the healthtech accelerator of Basel Area Business & Innovation. She has extensive experience in hospital innovation and technology adoption, where she has worked to bridge the gap between clinical needs and emerging solutions. With a strong background in ecosystem building, she connects startups, industry, and healthcare providers to drive meaningful collaborations. At DayOne, Ursula leads initiatives to support tech startups that enable pharma R&D and contribute to strengthening Basel’s position as a global life sciences supercluster.
